Digital attendance replaces the paper sign-in sheet with a time-stamped electronic signature. With ScolaSign, each learner records their attendance in a few seconds using a QR code, an email link or an NFC tag in the room, and the attendance sheet is generated automatically.
ScolaSign was built to meet some of the strictest attendance-evidence requirements in Europe: France's Qualiopi quality certification and the audits of French public training funders. Those rules apply only in France, but the same rigour serves training centres and schools everywhere. Every signature is time-stamped and traceable, and attendance sheets and absence notes can be exported as PDF for whoever funds or inspects your training.
Signatures are time-stamped and kept as evidence, within the framework of the European eIDAS Regulation (Article 25): an electronic signature cannot be denied legal effect solely because it is in electronic form. A time-stamped digital sign-in can therefore be used to show attendance at training to funders and auditors.
