The format for small training providers and organisations that are starting out: one or two groups, a few trainers. At €79 a month, the paper sign-in sheet is hard to justify for long.
The plan for established schools, training centres and apprenticeship training centres, with several intakes running in parallel. It is the most popular plan: €149 a month to equip the whole organisation, parents, tutors and multiple sites included.
For large institutions and groups: high volumes of sessions, several sites, frequent audit exports. At €299 a month, the cost per learner becomes marginal. Above 800, the Enterprise plan is tailored on quotation.
No feature is reserved for a higher plan: dynamic QR, email link, NFC, apps for learners, parents and tutors, messaging, surveys, absence notes, scheduling, attendance alerts, multiple sites and PDF/Excel/CSV exports are included everywhere. You never pay to unlock a screen, only for your volume of learners.
No, the monthly subscription has no commitment: you can stop whenever you wish, at the end of the current month. If you prefer to plan for the year, the annual commitment saves you two months: €790 instead of €948 for Essential, €1,490 instead of €1,788 for Pro, €2,990 instead of €3,588 for Institution. In both cases the content of the plan is identical: only the billing changes.
You create your space from the sign-up page, without a credit card: a confirmation code received by email is all it takes. For 14 days you have the complete platform (every attendance method, the apps for learners, parents and tutors, messaging, exports) with your own classes and your own learners. At the end of the trial you choose the plan that suits your volume to continue; if you do not go ahead, your space is simply not billed.
Yes, at any time. The three plans contain exactly the same features: changing plan only changes the number of learners covered. If your numbers grow (a new intake, a new site) you move to the higher plan and your data, classes and history of course stay in place. Conversely, if your volume falls for good, you can move down a plan. For special situations or a move to the Enterprise plan, contact us and we will work it out together.
Nothing drastic: your sign-ins do not stop overnight. The number of learners means the number of active learners in your space. If you go over your plan's ceiling for good (more than 80, 250 or 800 learners depending on your plan), we will invite you to move to the higher plan, or to the Enterprise plan on quotation above 800. The change is made during your subscription, with no interruption of service and no migration.
